Dan Wallace

Dan has a deep passion for helping his clients achieve moments of insight, where they see things in new ways and gain knowledge that they can use to unlock and achieve their potential.

Dan has been helping business owners and leaders build and realize value for more than 30 years. Over the span of his career, he has worked with well over 100 businesses and has helped create more than $3 billion of value for their shareholders.

He began his career helping companies raise growth capital but soon found that he was much more interested in the companies than the deals. So, he spent nearly the next decade as a boardroom-level strategy consultant, first at The Boston Consulting Group and then as a principal in two boutique consulting firms. In those roles, he led projects in strategy development and operational improvement in a wide variety of industries.

In the late 1990s, he decided to pursue his passion for small and middle-market companies, and for making change happen rather than just giving advice. He started working directly with business owners, entrepreneurs and their leadership teams and has been doing so ever since. Three of the owners he worked with asked him to step in and run their companies. From those experiences, he knows first-hand the challenges of growing sales, making payroll, building and leading a team. He increased the value of one of the businesses he ran by 700% in less than 24 months.

Reflecting on those experiences, Dan realized that he had spent most of his time trying to figure out how to make the companies he ran strong at real fundamentals like focus, alignment, discipline and accountability, and that his success in those areas had been mixed. In 2010, a friend introduced him to EOS® and he immediately understood why and what to do about it.  He got trained on EOS implementation immediately, making him one of the first 20 EOS Implementers worldwide, and became a certified EOS Implementer in 2012.

Dan is a graduate of Whitman College and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.  When he is not working with clients, you may find him sailing, skiing, playing guitar or missing a 3-foot putt.
