We help good companies become great companies. One of them is Zone Enterprises. You can learn about them, and their extraordinary response to the COVID-19 shutdown, here:

The news is even better than what you saw in the video. Zone’s workforce is now nearly 50% larger than it was at the start of the shutdown. They’ve donated protective gear to front-line health workers—gear they didn’t even make a month ago. They’ve even donated a portion of the proceeds from the sale of those products to charity.

Here’s what the owner, Scott Zone, says about how our work with him and his team helped them achieve this:

“What we’ve gotten from our work with you is a structure, a process and a set of tools to make sure we’re always absolutely clear and aligned about what needs to get done, that it’s getting done, that we’re holding ourselves accountable, and that when we get off track, we can course-correct quickly and get back on track. It’s not like we didn’t do any of this before. We did. Like most companies, we were OK at it. But we weren’t great at it, and it certainly wasn’t systematic. Now it’s just baked into how we run the business.

I can’t stress this enough. It’s about having a system. When we decided to make this pivot, we knew we’d have to work really hard. And believe me, we did. But we were never frantic. In fact, we were really calm. We were just looking at each other and saying, ‘We’ve got this.’ And we did. Having you help us implement Traction is one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.”
